When people work towards a goal, they often neglect some part of their life: give up drinking, begin binge-eating; leave a toxic relationship, isolate themselves; gain financial independence, neglect their loved ones, and so on. We are here to help you find a sacred balance between mind, body, and spirit. TEN takes a holistic approach to counseling.
We are a team of licensed therapists, coaches, and career consultants with different specializations, and similar methods. Many of our therapists have specialized training, and/or certification in methods, such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), the Gottman Method for Healthy Relationships, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). All of our therapists use more common methods when appropriate, including Acceptance & Commitment Theory (ACT), Logotherapy, Ecotherapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
